This is our Returns & Refunds Policy, we hope it is pretty clear but if you have any questions please contact us.
no exchanges or refunds will be permitted as per our store policy and as part of our covid safety precautions to stop the spread of the virus.once the product has left the store it cannot be exchange
If you wish to cancel your order please notify Artistic Nailz by email at email@example.com within 1 hour of making your order.
Please include the following details:
• Your Name
• Your Order Number
• Reason for cancellation
• Payment Method
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to receive your Returns Order Number for unused items.
We do not offer refunds for products purchased(Electronic goods). We supply Grey Goods which are all imported stock.(Electronic goods)
Items that was wrongfully dispatched will be collected at our cost and the correct item can either dispatched with your next order or refunded.

In the rare event of a customer receiving an item which is damaged/defective* or incorrect (which were not advertised as damaged, unpackaged or no lid) we can provide a courier Tracked Returns Label upon request, please print this label and affix it to the outside of the packaging and take to your local post office. When we have received your return, we can either offer a full refund for the goods or a replacement order.
Upon receipt of your return, Artistic Nailz will issue a refund within 3-5 working days starting from the date your return is received.
Please note delivery charges are non refundable, you will be refunded the cost of the product only. (This is only applicable if you have been charged delivery, for example Standard SA Delivery)
However delivery charges will be refunded in the following cases:
• non-delivered item(s)
• incorrect item(s)
Guarantees and Warranty
Due to all the products and electrical items being Imported products, they are classified as Grey Goods, as the manufacturers of these items are overseas, therefore NO guarantee or warranty is offered on our items.
Kindly note that all our products are grey market products. “Grey market goods” refer to goods imported without the approval or licence of the registered trade mark owner. We therefore cannot provide a warranty on the product and cannot be held liable in the instance where the product is not according to your specifications or specific need.
Although we endeavor to supply products of exceptional quality, we cannot be held liable in the instance where allergic reactions etc., due to any circumstances not within our reasonable control, which circumstances may include, but it not be limited to the following:
1. The client or his/her /its employees not supplying us with the necessary access to their property in order to supply/prepare for the necessary/requested services/products. The client is responsible for providing access to their property at the scheduled time;
2. The client or his/her/its employees not providing us with the adequate information, necessary in order to ensure that the service/products supplied meets its specific requirements. We reserve the right to amend the initial quotation, should the Client's original requirements change upon inspection of the property by us;
3. Any existing damage/impairment to client’s property not being brought to our attention before our work is initiated;
Cancellation Policy / special orders
We may require a deposit of 70% as confirmation of goods and/or services to be supplied. that has been specially ordered. We may impose a cancellation fee in the event of cancellation before delivery. The fee will depend on the nature of the order, the length of notice of cancellation before delivery, the reasonable potential to find alternative clients for the order and the reason for cancellation. No refunds on deposits in the event of cancellation for ordered/made or Special–Order Goods.”
If you bought your item online, we are unable to exchange it via post. You can return the item and we will issue a refund as per our policy. You can then reorder the correct item.
*working days for the purpose of our Returns & Refunds policy, do not include Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.
*At the discretion of our management, we may require photographic evidence to support claims for damages.
